Onsite Registration
Onsite registration/ticket pickup will be available at the venue starting at noon
on both Saturday, January 27 and Sunday, January 28 (also available starting 30 minutes after the Saturday meeting). Signage and ushers will be available to direct you.

Important Parking Information
Due to the many activities in Miami Beach this weekend, parking may be somewhat
limited around the venue. Please plan to arrive early, walk or take a taxi.
Safety
Please take personal responsibility for your safety and security throughout
your stay. Because the event takes place in an urban locale, it is important
to exercise caution and common sense as you travel to and from the event.
If walking, you are strongly encouraged to walk with others. If driving,
obtain clear directions and stay on main roads. If using public transportation,
verify your route with the driver.
Photos/Recording/Cell Phones
If your cell phone, personal digital assistant (PDA) or other device can take pictures or videos and transmit or store this material or record, please do not bring it to the event but rather leave it in your hotel room or your car. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in protecting the integrity of the event.
Translation
Translation will be available for Spanish.
Metal Detectors
Metal detectors will be in operation at this event. In order to facilitate
a smooth entry into the hall and to avoid delays, please do not bring prohibited
items such as luggage, large bags, cameras, camcorders or recording devices.
Cancellation Policy
Event dates, times, format and locations are subject to change. Registration
amounts and contributions are non-refundable. If an event must be postponed,
then all contributions and amounts received will be credited toward the re-scheduled
event. If the registrant cancels his or her registration because he or she
is unable to attend the event, there will be no refund of the registration
amount.
Liability Policy
Event sponsor is not responsible for travel and accommodation expenses that
may result from changes to event dates, times, format or location.
Important Tax Information - New
Elan Vital, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. No tangible goods or services will be provided as part of this Registration. Your Registration and additional Contribution, if any, may be tax deductible as provided by law. Please consult your tax advisor. Please note that Elan Vital, Inc. endeavors to honor a donor's designation of contributions for specific projects. However, Elan Vital reserves the right to decide how contributions will be allocated.
Your receipt for tax purposes will be the online receipt available at the end of this registration process and also available via a link in the email confirmation you will receive.
THIS IS THE ONLY RECEIPT OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of this registration and additional contribution, if any, that will be provided by Elan Vital. Please print and keep a copy for your records.
